Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the booking of photography services via our website. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services. Terms and Condition apply to all bookings, whether placed through website or other sources.
Booking Process: To book our photography services, you must submit a booking request via our website or direct message on instagram. Once we receive your request, we will review it and confirm the booking if we have availability. We reserve the right to refuse, adjust or cancel any booking at any time, in our sole discretion.
Fees and Payment: The fees for our photography services will be clearly stated on our website at the time of booking. 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the rest due after the session. No refunds will be given once payment has been made, except in our sole discretion.
Proofs and Selection: Image proofs will not be released until full payment has been received, ensuring that all financial obligations are met before the final delivery of your images. Our pricing packages clearly outline the number of images that are included for editing, allowing you to make an informed decision based on your needs and preferences. To select the images you would like edited, simply click on the heart icon located above each image. This will mark your chosen images for easy identification. Additionally, you have the option to leave comments on the selected images. This feature allows you to provide specific feedback or instructions for each image, ensuring that the final edits meet your expectations and requirements.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked photography session, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made prior to the scheduled session will result in a fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the session, at our discretion. Your deposit will serve as cancellation fee.
Studio Policy Clause: Please note that third-party studios operate under their own independent policies and guidelines. If you are booking a photography session that takes place in a studio, you may also be subject to that studio’s terms and conditions in addition to ours. This may include, but is not limited to, rules regarding conduct, setup, breakdown, and time usage. If your session exceeds the time allotted in your booking and results in extended studio usage, you may be responsible for any additional fees charged by the studio for overtime.
Photography and Ownership Rights: We retain all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs we take during the photography session. By booking our services, you agree not to reproduce or distribute any of the photographs without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to use any of the photographs for marketing or promotional purposes.
Liability and Indemnification: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property or any injury to persons that may occur during the photography session. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, in our sole discretion. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

We utilize multiple backup systems and follow industry-standard protocols to protect your precious memories. However, it’s important to acknowledge that no method is entirely infallible.
